Drive-Through Opens Monday, Aug. 5!

Supply pick-up is only available at the drive-up windows. Follow arrows and signs for directions!

We are thrilled to announce that our drive-through windows will be open at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 5. From that point forward, when consumers visit CARE Chest in Reno for supplies or equipment, please drive up to the service windows. There are two windows for your convenience!! Please pull forward and stop at a window. One of our fantastic program specialists will be there waiting to assist you. If a car is ahead of you, please remain in your vehicle and form a line behind the vehicle at the window. Service windows are along the building in the left-hand lane.

If you are returning equipment or donating gently used equipment or supplies, please stay in the right-hand lane, stop at the stop sign, and then follow the directions on the temporary yard signs to the designated drop-off.

After you receive your equipment or supplies or make your donation, please continue around the building completely, and exit beyond the team member parking back down the hill. Follow all signage.
